The DTP-32LCalibrates FIERY Color management to correlate with daily toner shifts in Color Copiers to achieve the best possible color prints -- if the copier itself darkens its prints slightly because of a temperature change in your office or because you switched brands of toner, the DTP-32 adjusts the FIERY to compensate for that undesirable shift -- the DTP-32L is MAC/PC Compatible, Very Easy to Use, Maintains a perfect scan, and is interchangeable from one brand of FIERY to the next. This CD allows you to repair and reinstall the FIERY system software on the FIERY itself (the system that shows up on the LCD Screen) -- it also allows you to install a new hard drive in that machine if you want a faster or larger capacity hard drive. If the FIERY is failing in any way, erasing the system and installing the system software can repair it 80% of the time -- this CD is just the FIERY "System Software", the "Command Workstation/Drivers/Utilities" CD is the client side CD for your Mac or PC that you are networking to the FIERY units -- The Value pack for both is $250.00 saving $50.00 on buying them separately.

This Proprietary CD ROM Drive gives any FIERY maintenance personnel the ability to format (erase) a fiery rip station and re-install the appropriate system software if the software gets corrupted, if you want to upgrade the hard drive to a larger capacity, if you want to upgrade the operating system to a newer, greater version, or if you want to create a backup hard drive to keep as an emergency swap disk in case the system malfunctions during an important job.  Operates universally on all FIERY units that do not have embedded CD-ROM Drives.  Also, comes with SCSI Cable and CD Install instructions.
